Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For a return to be possible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after its delivery
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact the credit card issuer, as the official posting of your refund may take some time. Next, contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay. If you have taken all these steps and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at contact@storeyza.com.
Sale or promotional items (if applicable): Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@storeyza.com and send your item to: 42 Avenue Lénine 37700 Saint-Pierre-Des-Corps. Recipient: STOREYZA
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of equal value to the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who gave the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.

Recipient: STOREYZA The shipping costs associated with returning your item are at your expense. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Return fees are free for VIP deliveries.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
